Role and Responsibilities:

· Execute daily logistics operations:

a. Logistic planning of all the shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.

b. Managing multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers and other stakeholders.

c. Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing lists and other statutory documents.

d. On time completion and compliance of outbound / inbound shipment process flow in TMS and related systems.

e. Continual review of shipment schedules and reporting exceptions if any to relevant stake holders

f. Ensure compliance to respective trade and destination requirement on legal, transportation and customs authority.
