Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning
• Support the Plant in execution of CI strategy
• Participate in yearly Improvement area Identification exercise, make a list of them and execute the projects as per the agreed upon plan

Functional

Core
• Execute the CI initiatives and measure effectiveness vis-a-vis the envisaged project outcome
• Execute the project plans along with project leaders for all identified CI projects in the plant
• Analyse project data using lean six sigma tools through Minitab and conduct observation studies/trials in every project
• Coordinate with Project Leaders for action plans & Engineering solutions for project delivery (for every CI project at the plant)
• Monitor and communicate project status, team attendance, periodically to the Plant CIC team & Project team
• Provide Documentation support to the project teams
