Title: Java Application Support

Location: Uberlandia, Brazil / REMOTE

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities:
• Supporting/Troubleshooting Java applications and responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.
• Creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobs
• Able to lead team and connect with client on regular basis.
• Responsible to help team in day-to-day operations.
• Go through logs and trace back to code as to what is going wrong.
