Accounting Coordinator-Billing-Hybrid

As a member of the finance and accounting team, the billing specialist will be responsible for providing accurate billing reports, invoicing and record keeping to the multitude of Direct Travel. This role will be to work closely with the Shared Services team to provide the accurate preparation of invoices and supporting reports for our corporate customers.

Expedition Expectations

- Collecting all information and data to generate billing reports and invoices for various frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, etc.)
- Process individual company billings using specific back-office software and/or incorporating additional worksheets from outside sources
- Research, track, identify and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies based on individual client’s fee structure
