EMEA Self-Care and Global Nicorette R&D Sr Director

This role is the global R&D leader for the Smoking Cessation / Nicorette Brand.In this capacity, this leader is the senior R&D partner with the global commercial team, collaborating with key partners to build the overarching business strategy and create the global innovation pipeline. This leader is the single R&D representative on the commercial leadership team, accountable for representing the full end-to-end technical perspective to the commercial team and is the decision-maker for R&D for Nicorette.

Additionally, this role establishes and drives the implementation of an R&D portfolio through strategy, scientific research, and partnerships.
