As part of the Finance Team, you will be the Head of the GL Accounting and AP/AR Team. You report directly to the Finance Director and this position work closely with the global accounting team.
• You are responsible for the whole Accounting in the Central Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Belgium)
• Leading and developing your team
• You are significantly involved in the monthly and annual financial closing and reporting
• You have the overview of all business processes in the books of the Central Region and implement new processes from global
• Together with the team you ensure the internal Control and the Compliance standards for the company
• Bachelor’s degrees in a financial study or equal accounting education (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter)
• At least five years of professional experience in an international company within Accounting, expert in the German accounting principles (Abschluss nach HGB)
• Experience as a leader with good communications skills
