To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an apprentice Customer Service Assistant (F/M) for our custom-made products activity, to work at our head office in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).

CIPEM, subsidiary of ICAPE Group, is focused on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic, metal, batteries, power supplies, cables, keyboards, transformers, etc., for many sectors of industry.

Responsibilities

As part of a team, you will participate in the following tasks:
• Process orders in our SAP system and follow them up
• Monitor the order book (Pull In & Push Out)
• Keep customers informed and alert them in advance of any change
• Receive orders, process them and send them back to each customer on time
• Prepare shipping documents (delivery notice and invoices)
• Communicate with internal sales
• Actor of logistics efficiencies (transport, warehousing)
• Interface with our office in China
• Able to analyse the non-performance with factual data
