Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare market analyses, business planning and company evaluations with a focus on financial and commercial aspects in transactional contexts (i.e. acquisitions, contributions, sales and disinvestments, IPOs)

Work on financial modeling activities also functional to deal structuring and analyze returns for private equity and other investors

Develop and prepare documentation to support the execution of M&A mandates (teaser, Information Memorandum)

Support the Senior team in the negotiation and definition of the contractual documents to support the execution of the Operation

Offer its clients (multinational companies, corporate clients and private equity funds, companies listed on the Italian and foreign markets, creditors, shareholders and directors) sell-side and buy-side mandates
