Customer Service Manager

The candidate will be included in the Italian team and will be responsible for:
• daily workflow within the customer service department
• and track customer service goals
• a team of customer service representatives
• all interactions with clients
• and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service
• additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members
• the budget for the customer service department
• leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth
• performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals
• customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures

Qualifications
• degree or equivalent experience
• years' of customer service
• written and verbal communication skills
• in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• of Oracle (Netsuite)
