We are seeking a full time Clinic Assistant to join our team. Job Scope - Patient relations - interact with, meet and greet patients when they seek medical attention. - Answering the phone and tracking appointments. - Data entry of patients' personal information. - Take basic measurements such as height and weight. - Scheduling appointments and lab tests for patients. - Basic stock taking and inventory list management. - Assisting doctors with simple tasks and procedures. - Able to work evening shift one day per week. - 44 hour working week. EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN A HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION IS ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.
