THE ROLE:

The site Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the performance of the organization. He is also the leader of creating a high-performance organizational culture in accordance with corporate values.

-The Director of Operations is responsible for the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring compliance with production objectives, considering costs, on-time deliveries, product quality, optimizing inventories and maximizing productivity.
