The Senior Launch Engineer will lead and oversee the successful introduction of new vehicles or components into production. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive automotive manufacturing experience, a deep understanding of launch processes, and strong leadership skills. The Senior Release Engineer will play a crucial role in guiding cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring the overall success of product launches.

Responsible for coordinating deliverables associated with assigned Tier 1 releases directly with OEM, planning and executing as defined in the BOS system to achieve release objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and financial commitments over a period. 90 days.
