Junior Sales Officer JD/Sales Officer
• Achieve sales of budgeted Manufactured and bulk-traded Bio - Pesticides
• Achieve sales of budgeted target for Speciality and Natural Pesticides
• Achieve 100% sales against the target for the given geographical territory

Key Accountabilities For The Position
• Execute Dealer-wise, product-wise, month month-wise sales plans
• Submit Proposal for appointment of dealers
• Ensure that issues raised by the dealers are addressed in a timely manner

Educational Qualifications
• B.Sc. Agri (mandatory)
• Minimum experience of 3 years in sales/marketing in Agri inputs, preferably pesticides
• Knowledge of products, rural markets, agriculture, and farmers
