Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Sheikhpura for a Civil Foreman at Gammon India. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on site to ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. The Civil Foreman will also be responsible for reviewing plans and blueprints, maintaining project budgets, and mentoring team members to ensure their growth and development.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and/or supervision
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
Knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and clients
