**Position: IT Application Support (Junior)**

About the role:

- Analyses business and user needs, documenting requirements, with the guidance of a senior associate.
- Documents business rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements with the guidance of a senior associate.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
- Identify development needs to improve and streamline operations.
- Participate in complete software development life cycle.
- Monitoring and support user in BPM and ERP system
- To liaise with vendor who provide IT business solution.
- Develop, support, and monitor digital form, process in BPM system
- Prepare and organise documents.
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
