Position Summary-

1) Capacity ramp up of inhouse machining of Engine Cyl Block & Cyl Heads.

2) Execution of equipments planned under CTQ Project.

3) Projects to be Handled : Planning / Ordering actions on new Machining Line of Cyl Blocks / Heads.

4) Beta aggregate machining of forthcoming new Projects.

Skills required :

• Knowledge of Jigs & fixtures

• Cutting tools required for process.

• Auto Cad

• SAP / PLM

• MS word / Excel / Projects

• Basic Knowledge of machining and CNC part programme.

• Quality Systems,Inspection methods

• APQP

• ISO / TS Systems

Responsibilities

1. Contribution to planning

• Primary responsibility of identifying viable Process, Facility creation, Equipment planning for new project as well as capacity enhancement in the engine Shop & machining area.
