JOB DESCRIPTION Job title : Customer Service Co-ordinator (French Speaking / bilingual) Location: France or Cumbernauld, Scotland (Hybrid considered) Duration: Permanent Summary / Objective : This position could be based either in the Samtec office in France (Paris area) or in the Samtec office in Cumbernauld (Scotland). The Customer Service Co-ordinator will carry out a variety of functions within the customer service group (e.g. liaising directly with customers and other key stakeholder regarding orders, dealing with pricing requests, order entry and customer enquiries). Order entry activities requires a high level of efficiency and accuracy. It also requires management of sample requests, customer calls and price requests. The customer service role is predominantly computer based. The role is dedicated to working with the customer service team and customers in France.
