The Job Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up a new Distribution Centre in the Northern region. She or he must manage the Distribution Centre operations including inventory management, monitoring credit, cash collections and overseeing the fixed assets while ensuring security and safety of the premises along with the other general administration activities. Further she or he should be able to manage operational activities of the Distribution Centre independently and manage the centre staff with adequate supervision and support required.

Skills and Experience
• Degree / Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or a professional qualification in ICASL / CIMA
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at a reputed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English / Tamil / will be essential.
• Communication skills in Sinhala will be an added advantage.
