• Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for business license renewal / application, maintain staff medical insurance and vehicle insurance / road tax renewal.
• Manage overall office and factory administration including overseeing the outsourced security guards.
• Supervise and monitor admin staff's work, ensuring that they perform task efficiently.
• Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management form time to time.
• Providing administrative support to the management team and various departments within the food manufacturing facility.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations and alignment with company objectives.
