Job Description:
-Manage team and customer mainly in Phuket, Krabi, Phang-nga.
-Manage service quality to meet customer agreements.
-Lead the team to deliver the best service to customers.
-Take care of existing customers, renew contracts, and expand the customer base.
-Coordinate with the sales team to increase revenue in the responsible unit.
Qualifications:
-5 years of customer service experience.
-Experience in managing security and janitorial services.
-Experience in hotel management.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Experience with clients in hotels, commercial buildings, residences, etc.
-Ability to engage with executive-level clients.
