• Ensure that all operational process are carried out in line with company Quality Management system or other agreed policy/procedures
• To promote a quality culture within the team to ensure that the product supplied meets the customers' expectations and requirements
• Identification of causes of quality failures and implementing remedial action
• To ensure Precast products produced adhere to the specified or agreed contractual quality standard
• Manage the day-to-day supervision and management of precast production; including mould fabrication, carpentry shop, steel fixing, casting, stripping, storage, loading and logistics.
• Manage and grow the safe and cost-effective operations of precast factory. Responsible for meeting production targets
• Managing a total workforce of 400 nos.
• Maximise and optimise the performance of people, plant and fleet to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes.
