Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for all administration.

· Ensures continuous advisement and interaction with students, parents, faculty and administration.

· Creates informational packets and welcome packets as needed for each program.

· Works closely with the Registrar’s office to obtain adequate studio space for programs.

· Works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure a smooth registration process.

· Tracks information through various reports, spreadsheets and available systems

Confirms and cancels courses based on accurate enrollment figures to ensure financial viability of programs.

· Supervises summer program support staff, including the Activities Coordinator and student help/work-study staff.

· Collaborates with Instructional Designer, various department Chairs and Pratt faculty on the proposal and development of new courses and syllabi for the credit programs.
