PMAN has been operating in the national and international market since 1996 in the food industry, offering integrated solutions for baking industry.

We are looking for a R&D Sr. Analyst for our Fermentation/Natural Preservatives Area.

Main responsibilities:

·Coordinate the Microbiological Laboratory activities.

·Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.

·Participate in the implementation of microbiological plants.

·Develop and enhance food products, mainly related to biotechnological area.

·Evaluate current and alternative ingredients for product formulations. Conduct sensory evaluations of new products.

·Perform physical and chemical measurements on samples.

·Maintain controls for the R&D group and production plant.

·Perform bench experiments, evaluate the results, and prepare reports of tests performed.
