Your role in the team
• Development of smart, digitalised and future-proof IT solutions in the market and communication environment with a focus on CRM
• Support in the consistent alignment of the company with its customers and the systematic design of customer relationship processes
• Analysis, design, provision, maintenance and upkeep of our CRM system
• Customizing standard software solutions in the Microsoft Tech Stack
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with IT operations and specialist departments in agile teams

Qualifications
• Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ...)

Experience
• Experience in Microsoft cloud services - especially Dynamics 365, PowerPlatform, Dataverse, AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure
