Job Summary:

This position requires the candidate to be a fresh engineer and to have sufficient technical expertise to address technical problems in different domains of IOT (connectivity, cloud, device ...). Demonstrate an excellent ability to learn & transfer knowledge on IOT and Cloud platform

Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage a variety of technical support issues in a fast pace, growing organization
• Capability to be agile on supporting legacy network architecture and Cloud computing one (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Analyze logs / Perform and analyses network traces / Troubleshoot / Reproduce problems (Knowledgeable on microservices on Kubernetes and AWS Managed Services)
• Resolve problems or find a workaround solution
• Support the operation of wireless networking solutions and management platform
