The Opportunity

As the CFO you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects of the organisation, ensuring the financial control, reporting and governance underpins exceptional commercial business partnering and decision support in the value creation and scale-up of our fast growing UK wide multi-site client.

In addition to a group/central role, there will be a need to drive decision support and improved financial and commercial literacy to the individual sites, working closely with operational and commercial leaders to do so.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO, private equity investors, commercial leaders, operational and manufacturing teams, and other key stakeholders to drive value creation, scale-up initiatives, and the eventual potential exit strategies.
