Job Description:

The role of the Team Lead is to manage multidisciplinary team of engineering staff for complex business deliverables. To act as the main Asset Coordinator and Business Interface to teams who has complex portfolio support.

The team lead will provide remote support for the asset in 4 Pillars such as Pillar 1 Designer Pillar 2 Drafting and Drawing Management Pillar 3 CMMSPillar 4 Digital The TAO teams support partners from C+P, Integrated Gas & Renewables & Energy Solutions & Upstream assets & other corporate businesses/functions of Shell. The TAO teams are located across 4 locations:
Chennai, Manila, Cyberjaya, and Krakow.
