Role Description

This is a contract Job Support role with Allegiant, located in Habra with flexibility for remote work. The Job Support person will be responsible for providing assistance to customers. The person in this role should be comfortable serving as the first point of contact for customers and assisting with any issues or inquiries that may arise. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Experience with customer service platforms and tools is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
