• Drive intuitive supportability for a product-led software company for all product areas.
• Design solutions, so our customers can get the maximum value out of our platform, without the need to get in contact with a human support engineer.
• Develop and implement strategies to provide an outstanding end-to-end customer support experience to increase value and drive business results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders & departments (Sales, Support, Services, PM, Engineering, and the leadership team) to define end-to-end customer journeys and workflows.
• Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points.
• Provide market and competitive insights , product positioning, and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market.
• Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
