50 an hour K-9 Health and Wellness Coordinator(s) Reports to and is responsible to the Health and Wellness Manager.
This is a fulltime position with on call status.
It is intended to improve the overall care and well-being of all dogs that are entrusted in our care daily.
Core Duties and Responsibilities include:
Handle all animals humanely, properly, and with compassion always, including those that may be sick or injured.
Provide general and advanced care of all dogs in NCT/CFK9 care.
Sustain the general care and maintenance of dog kennels and other equipment required for daily tasks.
In-service training/continuing education for clients and NCT/CFK9 employees.
Stock, Order and administer vaccinations/medications.
Prep all food and check the water.
Make nutritional recommendations.
Weigh and conduct a fecal on all dogs in the kennel as directed per policy.
