Responsibilities

In this dynamic Internal Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email regarding pricing and electrical product information.
• Counter sales including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking + packing orders.
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required.
