Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team and provide guidance for troubleshooting and planned downtime and emergency response activities;
• Provide oversight to ensure that plant equipment and maintenance systems function in an efficient & safe manner;
• Track and trend work order performance using CMMS and ensure the availability of parts and appropriate tools
• Administer preventative maintenance program to Reduce equipment downtime and improve machine efficiencies;
• Leadership/Coaching of maintenance personnel through pro-active communication, employee involvement, participation, individual feedback;
• Maintains inventory of spare parts, supplies and materials for critical maintenance repairs;
• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety objectives while meeting maintenance performance targets.
