Key Roles And Responsibilities (but Not Limited)
• Work closely with Group HR Head on Policy Designing, Talent Management, Compliances and Formulating HR Plan for the Business.
• Work closely with the Business Team to understand Talent requirement based on the Company’s HR Plan.
• Appraise management about available Talent pool and future talent requirement(s) supporting to the divisional Business Strategies, if any;
• Lead the Succession Planning at the division level.
• Formulate a Career Development Plans based on the individual Career Path derived from the Succession Planning;
• Work closely with the Business Head and Leadership Team for alignment of divisional Strategies with its VMV followed by its cascading into departmental level for designing a strong PMS process.
• Lead & Administer the Talent Management Process followed by the larger Learning Agenda of the organization.
