I can say for sure that my goals were supported by the Providence system in the way that I came in this hospital as a traveler, and decided to come on board as a full-time employee, and from that point on, being a full-time employee, I was asked to be a coordinator in the lab, which I did have the coordinating experience, but just to see that somebody saw in me what I actually am and fostered that and said, "Hey, we wanna make sure that we get you "in a place where you can be of assistance to the team," that was a great thing. So yeah, I think it was very important that I got that support.
