Duties & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage the kitchen operations of the Catering Services in the Mahikeng Campus Student Centre Cafeteria and Coffee Shop and provide assistance to the Head Chef.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality control and quality catering
• Responsible for performing quality control that involves: Supervising the issuance of supplies and preparing them for serving. Supervision of the provision of food to customers. Supervise portion control and quality of food.
