Responsibilities:
• Manage R&D process of communication systems from definition level up to Costumer delivery
• Definition of system requirements, characterization and guidance of R&D teams
• Writing system specifications. design and test documents
• Performing system design reviews – SRR, PDR, CDR etc...
• Responsibility for project technical management and customer technical POC
• Hands on supporting
• Working with Israeli and abroad customers
• Interfacing with company internal departments

Desired Skills & Experience:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. electronics engineering
• M.Sc. System engineering- Advantage
• 3 years' experience as System Engineer
• Experience and understanding of complicated multidisciplinary systems (that include software, hardware, mechanics, algorithms)
• Leading R&D processes
• High technical skills
• Experience in LOS datalink communication- Advantage
• Team player
• Fast learning skills
• High level technical English- Writing and speaking
