As a Banking Sales Officer in the Retail Liability department, you will be a key contributor to the bank's growth strategy, focusing on expanding our retail liability customer base and driving product adoption.

Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Actively engage with prospective customers to promote retail liability products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Foster strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and promote additional banking products
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to stay informed about new products, services, and sales techniques.
