Job Purpose :

The Account Payable Officer of TheStandard, Bangkok Mahanakhon support the Payable section and is responsible tosupport Account Payable Supervisor for the performance of the section in allphases of service and job functions.

This role is responsible for all functionsof the Payable section, in accordance with hotel standards. The employee meetsregularly with supervisors and coordinators to determine personnel needs.

Duties & Responsibilities :
• Maintain effective communication and relations with supervisors.
• Ensure that payable transactions are correctly andcompletely record with verified supporting documents.
• To prepare a journal voucher for accrued expense &prepaid.
• To record, summary and process Tax submission to theRevenue Department.
• To process payment to supplier.
• To record payable and payment transaction on a timelymanner.
• Reports : Ensure all bi-weekly / monthly / quarterlyreports are sent regularly and in a timely manner.
