Description

The person will be responsible for all the laboratory operations in IVF Lab & during embryo transfer.

Key Responsibilities
• Gamete Handling: Handle and prepare gametes (eggs and sperm) for fertilization procedures. Ensure proper storage and handling protocols to maintain gamete viability..
• Fertilization Procedures: Perform in vitro fertilization (IVF) according to established protocols. Monitor fertilization and early embryo development stages.
• Embryo Production: Culture embryos in appropriate media under controlled conditions. Monitor embryo quality and viability throughout the culture period.
• Embryo Transfer: Perform embryo transfer under controlled conditions in the field.
• Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory environment. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
