Description of the pilot Project: SAAMAASIK SWAASTHYA

Comprehensive health service:

The short duration project aims to increase the screening and diagnosis of migrant labour and Non-TI Key populations (MSM) for Communicable diseases - HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B and TB & NCD - Diabetes and Hypertension, through the delivery of integrated services or referrals to other free government services. This project will result in the increased 100% linkage to care, treatment, and prevention services for pregnant mothers, by working closely with NACO/SACS/NHM/DAPCU/NTEP/DDHS/ PHC/BPHC/BPHN/PHN/ANM/CHO/ICTC/ART center and Government hospitals.
