We look forward to hiring an innovative and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as Assistant HR Manager.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
• Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
• Counselling employees as and when required.
• Implementing a performance management system
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Managing timesheets for various projects
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements :
• Hands-on knowledge of TDS/ PF/ ESI compliances
• 3+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Strong work ethics
• Good communication skills
• Since this requires presence in the office, so someone who is willing to move to Dharamshala
