Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Chef at Diner Rush restaurant located in Kohima. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, creating new and unique menu items, maintaining inventory and food costs, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The Restaurant Chef will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, working with vendors, and maintaining food safety standards.
Food & Accommodation will be provided.
Salary: ₹7000-₹15000 (Based on experience)

Qualifications
• Work experience certificate or Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Restaurant Chef or similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations.
