Position: Indian Snacks Chef

Job Description:

As an Indian Snacks Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of traditional Indian snacks that delight our guests. Your role will encompass both innovation and adherence to authentic recipes, ensuring that our snacks maintain the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to contribute to menu development and maintain consistency in food preparation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a diverse range of Indian snacks, including but not limited to samosas, pakoras, chaats, and tikkis, according to traditional recipes and techniques.

Source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels to ensure freshness and availability.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to develop new snack recipes and seasonal specials.
