Position Description

Main purpose of this position is to plan, organise and follow-up for the material that is ordered. Receiving the material as per the priorities of the project with compliance to technical parameters in PO.

Primary Responsibilities
• Monitoring the Purchase order deliverables as per project time lines.
• monitoring Adherance to ITP / QAP requirements at supplier end.
• Expediting visits to supplier premises for follow-up of material. Auditing the process adherance.
• Liasoning wirh quality and PPC / Shop for required inputs.
• Managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms
• Developing long-term partnerships with local & overseas suppliers
• Review of Bar Chart for process flow at endor.
