1 Must be a go getter.
2 Recruitment & Hiring of field sales executives.
3 Team handling of field sales executives effectively & efficiently.
4 Tracking & Assuring team members work in assigned location.
5 Revenue generation / Business growth with team.
6 Able to handle Key Accounts himself.
