Serialization Support Engineer

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Serialization Support Engineer in Florence (Sesto Fiorentino) for one of our top clients, a main actor in the Life Science global market.

With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, we aim to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and technical tools.

The main job purpose would be to establish and maintain excellent relationship with customer stakeholders and develop processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the client as an Onsite Service Technician.

The role is based on client's premises in Sesto Fiorentino, and is organized with an On-site shift schedule (Morning Shift, Afternoon shift) and rotational On-call shift (night and a weekend per month).
