Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Facilitator at Kawsay Ayahuasca Retreat in Iquitos. The Course Facilitator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the retreat, supporting participants during their journey, coordinating workshops and activities, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all attendees.

• Experience in facilitating spiritual or healing retreats
• Knowledge of shamanic practices and traditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
