About the Position: This is a Natural Resources Specialist (Ranger), GS-0401-05/07/09 developmental position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, Operations Division, Beaver Project Office, located in Rogers, AR.

This position may be filled at any grade level: the normal line of progression for this position is filled at the GS-05 with the promotion potential to the GS-07 or at the full performance GS/09. Promotion is at the discretion of Management.
Duties
• At the GS-05 and GS-07 levels, the duties are developmental in nature leading to the full performance level of GS-09. The duties are described at the GS-09 level.
• Serve as a Natural Resources Specialist (Ranger) for a major water resource project.
• Provide input on plans to upgrade, maintain, or improve natural resource programs/projects.
• Assist in preparation of annual Operations and Maintenance budgets for assigned programs.
