• Managing and coordinate extremely active calendar and ensuring schedule is followed and respected.
• Updating the to-do list on regular basis and ensuring the follow-up with the team on timely basis.
• Collecting daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Following up with the Marketing team with regards to receivables.
• Manage senior executives’ travel logistics (domestic & international) and activities, including accommodation and transportation.
