Location-Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner

Job Description-
• Appointing and Managing Distributors Improve relationships with existing distributors, retailers and wholesalers by ensuring timely claim management, providing them the right products and services of the company and consider their issues and resolve them on time.

Give rates to distributors and take bookings from them. Also, monitor the pending contracts and pending claims for future billing.

Identify gaps in the current required number of distributors, Screen and shortlist the potential distributors to fill this gap.
• Ensure Target Achievement

Cascade the target given by the District Sales Manager to the team and ensure that the target is achieved for his region

Decide the weekly targets and ensure its achievement.

Take stock of their daily sales and ask reason for gaps if any.
